In the attention of the owners of sea and river vessels requesting the flag of the Republic of Moldova, as well as their legal representatives.

       P.I. The “National Radio Frequency Management Service” (NSRFM) informs you that starting from 07.02.2021 Art.6 par. (22) of Law 160 of 22.07.2011 on the regulation by authorization of entrepreneurial activity will enter into force, in accordance with the provisions of which the permissive act and its duplicate are issued, respectively, their issuance is refused, they are also extended, re-perfected, suspended and withdrawn by the issuing authority mandatory through the one-stop shop for managing permissive acts issued by public institutions in Republic of Moldova (SIA GEAP).
       Applications for Authorization of radio communication stations of sea and river vessels can be submitted online through SIA GEAP directly by the applicant or at the NSRFM headquarters with the presentation of copies on paper or originals of the necessary documents, with subsequent access and completion of the application through SIA GEAP by the public institution specialist, according to the procedures established in Government Decision no. 551 of 13.06.2018.
